Riding this environmentally friendly Segway is a unique and special experience. You will free yourself from regular transportation and it’s a fun activity! The Segway is an electric step and rides on a durable battery. It has a maximum speed of 20 km/h (appr. 12.5 miles/h). A handy electric sort of stand-bike with a hip and modern look.
Accompanied by a tour leader, you will ride the Segway starting at Passenger Terminal Amsterdam, along Central Station to the city centre. The tour takes about two hours including 15 to 30 minutes of training. This way the tour will be safer for you and your fellow road users. After the training you only have to get on, ride off and have fun!
Riding the Segway, you will be able to overlook traffic and bikers which allows you to gain a whole other perspective of the busy city centre. Because the Segway can make a very short angle, we can visit a lot of fun places during the tour. Our tour leader will tell you all about the beautiful new architecture, fashionable monuments, old harbour area, and other remarkable facts about our capital.
