Is there a Top Tours Brochure of al your events?
We do not use a standard brochure or maintain a definite price list because all our arrangements are dependable on several things. These things mainly are; group size, availability of locations, language and dates. We have such a wide variety of offers, it wouldn’t be a brochure anymore but a book! It’s our objective to make a unique program, matching our customer’s wishes, budget and schedule.
In which languages can I book a workshop, tour or other arrangement?
Our events are possible in basically every language! We have very enthusiastic guides and workshop instructors who will help you in any way they can. In addition we can always arrange translators for a perfect understanding. Theme parties, cruises and tours, we can adjust them all on a multilingual level.
What if somebody can’t come or what if we have to cancel the event?
When the number of participants of the event decreases within 10%, within a maximum of 48 hours previous to the event, we do not charge a cancellation fee. If however more than 10% cancels or the cancellation takes place within 48 hours previous to the event, our general cancellation conditions apply. Please read our general conditions here.
Do I need cancellation or travel insurance ?
We highly recommend you to have your travel insurance and cancellation insurance up to date before travelling to Amsterdam. You could loose luggage, get injured or maybe you’ll have to cancel the event. So we urge you to have an adequate insurance. We are not responsible for any lost, injuries or cancellations. So please take good care of your event insurance.
Can I book an event for 8 persons or smaller?
Yes, it is possible. We maintain a minimum of 8 or 10 persons per tour, cruise or arrangement, so you will always pay for 8 or 10 persons.
Will there be other people present during a cruise, tour, arrangement or workshop?
No, the events you book with Top Tours are mainly private (unless otherwise agreed) and you will just be with your own group to make it personal and unique.
How can I pay for the event?
We prefer bank transfers, but we also accept creditcard bookings or cash payment on location (only if agreed in advance). Please contact us for the best way of payment. You can also find more details in our terms and conditions.
Is it possible to book a touring car?
Yes, it is! We corporate with several big touring companies and we can easily arrange a bus. You can use this to get to Amsterdam or see some of the beautiful scenery around Amsterdam.
What do we do when the weather is bad?
Use an umbrella! Most of the times we let the tours and arrangements continue. We can take an extra break in a pub or adjust the tour so you stay as dry as possible.
Do your events have easy access for wheelchairs?
Yes we do! We think it’s more than normal to make our events possible for everyone. Just let us know when you’re booking the event, and we take it into account with our reservations.
What is the best possible way to reach Amsterdam / the event?
When you’re coming from abroad, and you don’t know your way around the city, we can always arrange pick-ups previous to the event. We can also inform you about public transport, so you won’t get lost! Please check also this website: NaarAmsterdam.nl
At what time do you usually start your tours and arrangements?
You are in control! A private event can be arranged at every moment of the day. Most tours take about 2 hours, arrangements take about 4 hours and we can discuss a matching starting time.
